Studio Michael Satter was founded in 2014 in Frankfurt am Main and is run by Michael Satter. The Studio creates visual identities, books and publications, exhibition design, signage, art direction, editorial design and websites for national and international clients. SMS believes in strong concepts and in clear and simple designs. Michael Satter was also a lecturer for typography and editorial design at the University of Applied Science Darmstadt from 2010—2013. In addition to this he held workshops together with Sandra Ellen Hoffmann Robbiani (Extra Extra) and with Sofia Gonçalves and Marco Balesteros (Second Circulation)
